Had it been for any other LCD, I would have never commented, but Sharp LC-46D64U needs a special mention. It is so because it is one of the best LCD TVs I have ever come across. I bought it a while back and it continues to give me as great quality picture as sound as if just bought and installed.
It uses the great Propriety Advanced Black TFT/ Super View panel by Sharp with a multi pixel technology. It provides with a dynamic 1, 0000: 1 contrast ratio along with a much enhanced technology for amazing picture contrast. In fact, the response time is also impressive, that is just 4 ms. Because of this minimal response time, the picture quality is simply spectacular.
The in built QAM/ NTSC/ ATSC tuners and the three HDMI inputs (version 1.3), compatibility with the 1080p signals, two HD component video-inputs and the PC input are some of the remarkable features of this great Sharp LC-46D64U set.
These inputs are also very easily compatible with the X.V. Color and thus here is an extended and great color gamut. In fact, there are side terminals also that are there for the wall mounting convenience along with the RS – 232 input for proper control. The great inputs that come with it make the set more flexible and easier to be placed anywhere.
As it has an amazing resolution of 1920 x 1080 and thereby gives with the best and the sharpest of the pictures possible. The AQUOS engine that comes with the ASV technology actually provides with really high performance video processing so that I can get the most vivid, brightest and amazing images and colors on the screen making my experience of watching television all the more worthwhile.
It is due to this incredible HDTV only that I am able to spend so much quality time with my wife and children.
